- How to Enforce Visitation During Covid-19 What about lost time? Well, we've got a big wide open summer coming up. There's plenty of room for agreement here to make up back time. You don't need to go to court to make up back time. Parties can agree. It's always best to do so in writing, especially if you'd like it to be enforceable. But there's a summer and makeup time is available. So dads, this is where I think it's time to get a motion to enforce in the courts now so that you can get in front of the court and get that makeup time while the kids are out of school during the summer. - Supreme Court Issued a Second Emergency Order Regarding COVID-19 The Supreme Court issued a second emergency order regarding COVID-19, and this applied to visitation schedules. Specifically, the court stated that despite all of the changes in the schools, whether or not it's extended or spring break is extended or summer vacation is to begin early. As far as the orders and visitation schedules are concerned, it doesn't matter. They will be applied as if it was the regular school schedule without any deviation.
