A Lady Filed a Protective Order and an Emergency Custody Order Against My Client, but He Was Finally Vindicated

This lady filed a protective order and an emergency custody order. And while it took us several months to get at a DHS report, and even longer to get a hearing, my client was finally vindicated.
Protective order dismissed. Emergency dismissed. My client is going to be enjoying visitation with his child for the first time in months. And I can’t tell you how happy that makes me feel.
