Look For Patterns of Behavior
Video Transcribed: Do you need to know how to get back on the offense in your divorce or custody battle in Oklahoma? I’m the Tulsa Fathers’ Rights lawyer.
I’m here talking about big plays that you can make to help turn the tide of the war. Well, today, let’s talk about text messages. Has she claimed that you’re raped her, abused her, filed a protective order, or says you’re a bad dad?
Well, take out those text messages, and I want you to look for three things. One, I want you to look for patterns of behavior. Let’s look for all of those manic episodes and show the court exactly what’s triggering her to act the way she is. Two, I want you to look for historical context. Let’s put all the good things she said about you during the relationship in front of the judge.
And three, I want you to timestamp the allegations. And what I mean by that is I want you to get all of the evidence created around the time of the dated allegations that she’s making. Let’s show the court exactly why those allegations are uncredible. Again, this is a short video. It’s not a cumulative course, and you need to talk to a lawyer. If not today, soon. You can always give us a call at dads.law if you’ve got any questions.
