Video Transcribed: Hi, I’m a fathers’ rights lawyer in Oklahoma, And I’m here talking about fatherhood and father’s rights. We get a lot of questions here about father’s rights. One of them being, do I get any visitation rights to my baby, to my infant?
And the answer is if you apply fast. If you go to the district court quickly and apply for your own rights to that child, particularly I’m talking to unwed fathers, and apply for your rights to that child, then yes, you can get physical custody and visitation rights in Tulsa, OK.
If you are an unwed father, that mother can hold out and give no opportunity to see that child until you do establish your rights. And I’m not saying that a court would look highly on her for not allowing you to see the kid, but they can do it until you bring them to court and show their ass.
