The Answer Is No
Video Transcribed: I’m I am a Men’s divorce attorney Tulsa, OK. Today, I want to discuss a little bit about unmarried fathers’ rights. Do fathers who have children born out of wedlock have rights to their children?. No, period. The answer is no.
You do not have custodial rights to your child until you establish them in a district court where that child is located. That means that if you’ve got a child out of wedlock, you have absolutely no rights, and you are subject to the whims of the mother. If you’ve got any questions about whether or not you have rights to your child, give us a call.
