How To Deal With Emergency Crisis of Covid-19?
Video Transcribed: How do we deal with this emergency crisis of Coronavirus as a Father? I’m the Tulsa Father’s Rights lawyer and I’m here to talk to you about operating under your decree, order or agreement in the wake of the Coronavirus with spring break knocking on your door and summer vacation right around the corner.
Schools have already begun closing. There are a lot of contingencies. Your children might start a at-home curriculum while the virus is dissipating. Spring break might be lengthened. Summer vacation might start late or begin early.
And all of these contingencies were likely not accounted for when you established the agreed order, the decree or the agreement that you two are operating under.
The three most important things to consider during this Coronavirus are one, maintaining the educational development of your children. Two, ensuring that the children have adequate supervision during the day if you are working.
And three, ensuring that they are safe from this dangerous airborne illness, the Corona virus. It is going to require you to talk to the other side, to coordinate, to co-parent, to listen in order to operate under the decree, agreed order or your agreement in a way that suits the best interests of the children.
It’s important to remember that the pretext of any court order involving your children is to serve their best interests. Thanks for watching. I hope that was helpful. I’m the Tulsa Father’s Rights lawyer. I’m happy to help you. If you’ve got any questions, give me a call at (918) 986-7724.
